Core developers, Lindsey and Brandon, along with our newest team member Ashley dropped by Round Table Trading to dig into project details and preview what’s to come. Here’s some of the highlights:

1. “We’ve all been rug pulled and it’s not fun.”

Our developers have been trading in this space for a while and have some rug burn wounds to show for it. Hard pulls, soft pulls, you name it. Winfinity is a response to the sketchy activity they personally have experienced. But making a rug-free project isn’t so simple. It takes well-thought out timing, sound tokenomics and out-of pocket marketing expenses that keep the project strong from the get-go. If there’s too much hype in the early days, the chart will pump and dump hard. Not enough hype, the volume will be too quiet for many to see any potential. As for marketing, if you spend too much on promotion in the early days, the chart tanks and it the rug-pull-red-flag flies. That’s why the team has locked the majority of the wallet up front and is relying on organic growth and a strong community to give the project a solid base of support.

2. “You don’t find a group that develops coins that is THAT transparent and that cool all across the board.”

Everything is visible on the blockchain and the Winfinity team makes it easier for folks to analyze who’s who. The team’s wallet addresses are posted to the whitepaper and their initial token don’t get reflection (distributed rewards) like other buyers. Towards the end of the chat, the guys at RTT find it rare that devs for small cap coins such as Winfinity are even willing to go public on Youtube.

3. “I’ve seen tokens that haven’t gone through with what they said they’re going to do… we’re doing something that’s reasonable and actually achievable.”
